Q:開機後無法啟動
答案:
- 檢查轉接器上的 LED 指示燈是否亮起 如果電源未開啟,請更換另一個轉接器。
- 如果是,請打開後蓋,檢查記憶體條是否牢固地插入記憶體插槽。
- 檢查金手指的清潔程度,如果不乾淨,用橡皮擦清潔金手指。
- 如果仍然失敗,請更換另一根記憶體條進行測試。
- 如果失敗,則更換另一塊主機板進行測試。
- 若失敗,系統將退回Poindus進行RMA。
Q. NO POWER
Anwser:
- Check Power cord if well plugged or not
- If yes, open rear cover, check if power switch well connected or not. If yes, replace with another power switch for testing

- Check golden finger cleanness, if not clean, use pencil eraser to clean golden finger
- If still fail, replace with another RAM for testing

Q. LCD Blank
Anwser:
- Shut Down Power
- Open rear cover, check cable between mother board and LED panel connected well or not. Replace with another LVDS cable for testing

Q. LCD Turns Black
Anwser:
- Shut down power
- Open rear cover, check 2 cables, LED backlight and LVDS cable connected well or not.

For HDD :
- Shut down power
- Open rear cover, check SATA cable between M/B and SATA slot well connected or not

For EMMC :
Into BIOS to check EMMC status, if you can find correct information that means EMMC may be faulty.
Q. Error Message: CMOS checksum error

Q. USB-C Cable Length Guidelines
Anwser:
Poindus recommends using USB-C cables no longer than 1.8 meters (6 feet) when connecting to Poindus products. Longer cables can cause degraded video, audio, or data performance. For optimal reliability, always use high‑quality cables within the recommended length.

- Place machine on the cradle and check the charging indicator is on

- Replace the battery if the system has been charging longer than 6 hrs.

Cleaning the terminals for the: 1) cradle 2) tablet/bottom 3) battery
【Before You Begin】
To prevent electric shock or damage to components, do not attempt to clean your tablet while it is turned on.
Turn off the tablet.
Unplug the power cord from the tablet.
Unplug any powered external devices.
Remove any memory cards and SIM cards
Q. Touch panel is not working properly
Anwser:
- Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds until the tablet powers off.
- Press the power button again to power on the tablet.
- Log in to the operating system.

- Shut down power

Display series
Q. Monitor is blank after starting computer.
Anwser:
- Check if the Monitor has power on and the light is on.
- Check if the cable is connected with the monitor and computer. NOTE: Depend on the different model of computer and monitor you may need a Standard VGA cable or DVI cable. In order to make sure all the connections are firm and proper in place before reboot the computer.
- Disconnect all devices except for the mouse, keyboard and monitor. Reboot your computer to check if the issue is resolved or not. If it is, then one of the devices disconnecting caused the problem. Try connecting them one at a time and rebooting each time until the original problem occurs. Contact your technology coordinator and explain the situation.
- Try connecting the monitor to a different PC by the problem monitor’s video cable. If it still doesn’t work, try a functional monitor video cable.
- Try unplugging the monitor power cable, then wait for 20-30 seconds and plug it back in.
- If the above troubleshooting steps do not solve the issue, then the monitor should be out of order and need to replace.
Q. The words on the monitor are too small and unreadable.
Anwser :
- You will need to change the monitor’s screen resolution.
- Right click the Desktop and click Properties.
- Go to the setting tab and check the screen resolution. Choose a notch, click apply and then click ok.
Q. No Power
