FRANKFURT (AUG. 1, 2009) — Migrating from vacuum fluorescent display(VFD) to liquid crystal display(LCD) Poindus Systems GmbH introduces 7” (resolution 800x480) customer displayer for retail/hospitality application. The innovation design with USB to VGA adaptor inside the displayer allows you to add displays through USB 2.0 ports on your POS terminal or PC. Drivers installed on the ROM, plug the USB 2.0 connector and you're ready to go. It is powered through the USB port and no additional power supply in need.
The PDM-0720 is the 7” wide screen VGA TFT customer display with LED backlight enabled. Her power consumption is 6 Watt in compliance with green environment standard. Tiltable pivot head to adjust the view angle is user friendly oriented. The brightness is 200 nits. PDM-0720 can be easily accompanies POS terminal with 2 options of 3” and 7” magnetic pole stands. Using this concept of design Poindus Systems GmbH can fulfill your custom-made requirements for 7” touch displayer.
